Front Office Cum Admin-Administration

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Managing calls with polite greeting.
  • Receiving & Greeting Visitors.
  • Facility management which includes monitoring office cleanliness, maintain office equipment’s, ensure smooth functioning of office assets.
  • Stock Maintenance which includes stationery & housekeeping items.
  • Supervision of office boys and coordination with them.
  • Reservation Management i.e., hotel and travel booking.
  • Vendor Management & Coordination
  • Arranging monthly fixed expenses invoices and processing for payment every month.
  • Drops the birthday & work anniversary emails.
  • Maintain Visitor’s Record Book on regular basis.
  • Other admin activities which include keeping record of petty cash, ordering business card, keeping courier record, birthday & work anniversary arrangement (snacks/drinks).
Work Experience & Qualifications
  • Graduate with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Preferably in hospitality industry in managing front office and administrative functions.
