Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirement, identify opportunities, Propose Smart marketing plans and be able to execute within marketing budgets
  • Prepare and Strategize social Media campaigns to increase Engagement.
  • To be able to create, track and analyse Digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and monitor PR activities. Do regular media outreach to increase brand visibility and to be relevant in Media circle
  • Explore brand visibility options with ATL and BTL initiatives and get it executed – like TVC, Print, OOH and on- ground activation, collaterals etc
  • Ensure that the website, promotional material is timely updated. Be able to work closely with Marketing Agencies and Vendors for desired execution by following brand guidelines
  • Conducting regular competition mapping with help of tools and summarizing the key points from brand perspective
  • Create weekly Marketing Dashboard, to update marketing deliverables or marketing projects and publish it to relevant departments
Work Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing (including Digital/ Print)
  • Good Content Writing skills
  • Exposure in all web, SEO/SEM/SMO/Emailer, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Exposure in Channel marketing role
  • Experienced in preparing and delivering technical presentation
  • Proficient in MS Office & Adobe creative suite and compiling data from internet
  • MBA/ Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience
