  • The access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis and due to covid some outlets may operate only on takeaway option with limited/no seating, this is to adhere to the covid 19 protocols.
  • Participating Airport Lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours) to prevent overcrowding. This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays.
  • Before extending access name on the card will be matched with the name on the Boarding pass, to ensure access is being availed by the right person.
  • The provision of free alcoholic drinks (where local law permits) is at the discretion of each Participating Airport Lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. Eligible Cardholders should make prior inquiries before ordering any separate alcoholic drinks apart from the general free flow offered and will be responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption direct to the Participating Airport Lounge.
  • Airport Lounge staff are responsible for ensuring that all guests who are using the lounge under the Program check their Eligibility and will record the usage via a specified System.
  • Each lounge follows its child policy, please check with the lounge before entry.
  • Lounge staff has the right to terminate the Lounge visit early or to refuse entry to any Customer who is intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the Lounge Conditions.
  • Lounge shall have the right to refuse a Customer entry to the Lounge Facilities for any Statutory, regulatory, or Airport policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire regulations.
  • In view restrictions are imposed for everyone’s safety. Social distancing guidelines to always adhere to.
No refund will be made in case of the following:
  • Wrong information about travel details of guest(s) during the booking process
  • No-Shows
  • Booking amount paid for service add-ons
  • Delayed/missed/cancelled flights
  • Late arrival at the airport results in denied check-in or boarding by the airlines
  • In case of any misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by the guest(s).
  • This service can be availed unlimited times and will only be for the eligible cardholder.
  • All rates are exclusive for applicable tax.
  • All bookings are to be made at least 48 hours before the travel.
  • Sleeping Pods/Nap rooms can be booked as per hourly slot availability depending on airport location.
  • Guest Photo-ID & valid tickets/boarding pass will be required at the time of checking in for all guests. Accurate Flight Details are mandatory, failing which airport partner cannot guarantee the reservation.
  • Children up to 5 years can stay with one adult when sharing an existing sleeping pod without any extra charge, the same is at the discretion of the provider.
  • All areas within the Nap rooms/Sleeping Pods have been identified as Non-smoking areas.
  • “No-shows” amounting to the original stay charge (including taxes) will be charged for any reservation not claimed 60 minutes after the guest's flight arrival or 15 minutes after the arrival time as advised by the guest while making the reservation.
  • All cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the entire stay charges plus applicable taxes. Please do contact us to amend your reservation at bookings@DreamFolks.in
  • If you have not checked-in by the scheduled booking time, a NO-SHOW charge of one pod, plus tax will be charged as cancellation.
  • All bookings are to be made at least 48 hours before the travel and all luxury cars are available on request.
  • The driver will wait for the customer at the scheduled meeting point on the travel date for not more than 30 minutes from his pick-up time. In case the customer does not inform the driver about the delay, the booking will be considered as a case of no show and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
  • DreamFolks cannot be held accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jams or reasons beyond the reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of a driver.
  • At the time of booking, the customer will be prompted about the luggage restriction for every car segment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to manage the luggage or booking the car category accordingly.
  • Standard Luggage size and weight are as follows
    Cabin Baggage - 22"x 14"x 9" and the weight is 15-18kgs.
    Check in Baggage - 27" x 21" x 14" and the weight is 32kgs.

    Note: If the standard luggage size and weight exceed the specifications given above then an additional charge is applicable.

    2Within 24 hrs of the scheduled pick-up time -25%
    3Within 18hrs – 12hrs of the scheduled pick-up time - 50%
    4 Less than 12 hrs of the scheduled pick-up time -100%
  • The cancellation can be done through mail bookings@dreamfolks.in
  • All cancellations to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of cab booking
  • In case of “No-Show” complete charges will be forfeited


Special Instructions:
  • Driver & Car details: These details will be sent to the customer by DreamFolks approximately 2 hours before the pickup time via email.
  • In some cases, the driver or an associate of DreamFolks may also call in advance to re-confirm with the customer for smooth assistance
  • Service Locations: Available at select locations
  • The maximum no of rooms that can be booked at one time is 2, which is subject to availability.
  • This service can be availed unlimited times and will only be for the eligible cardholder. All the bookings are to be made 36 hours before the scheduled service usage.
  • 24 hours check-in/ check-out time.
  • Guest Photo-ID & valid tickets/boarding pass will be required at the time of checking in for all guests.
  • Accurate flight details are mandatory; failing to produce the same hotel reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the reservation.
  • In case the number of passengers exceeds the number stipulated at the time of booking, we shall review the situation and may or may not extend the service for add-on passengers. Charges must be settled before the service for add-on passengers.
  • The maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulations.
  • Children up to 10 years of age can stay with two adults when sharing existing bedding without any extra charge.
  • All cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the entire stay charges plus applicable taxes.

Note:
  • DreamFolks shall endeavour to process a refund if applicable, within 15 days from the date of cancellation. The purpose of calculating cancellation charges, booking amount shall mean the total amount (Including taxes) paid by the guest.
  • In the case of “No-Show”, 100% of the booking amount will be adjusted as cancellation charges.
  • AAI reserves the right to suspend these activities in case of a threat to passenger security and safety. Under these circumstances, DreamFolks will not be held liable for non-execution of service.

  • Spa services are predefined and are subject to availability.
  • Once service is availed, it cannot be cancelled/reversed.
  • Access will only be extended to eligible guests with valid DreamFolks/membership ID.
  • To opt for service outside the offer, one may avail the same on a chargeable basis directly with the spa.
  • The operational hours of Each Spa may be different and as per the discretion of authorities.
  • Combos are predefined and are subject to availability.
  • This voucher is valid for one-time use only.

  • Airport - outlet – Combo can be browsed by choosing the search option.
  • This voucher entitles use 1 combo only.
  • Choose the redeem option to procced and avail the combo
  • Scan the QR code posted at the outlet or manually enter the Outlet ID, to choose the combo.
  • This voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash.
