SIM

The Service consists of providing prepaid cellular Data and Voice Plans, known as "Tariff Plans," enabling data and voice connectivity to the Internet. Our service provider has agreements with various cellular carriers globally, collectively referred to as the "Mobile Network."

The Service is exclusively available on a prepaid basis.

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, making efforts to ensure its availability. If you encounter issues or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact our Customer Service promptly.

We may modify the Service without notice to comply with safety, regulatory, statutory, or other requirements, aiming to minimize any material impact on the Service's scope.

While we aim to ensure Service availability, factors beyond our control, such as physical obstructions, atmospheric conditions, and Mobile Network outages, may affect both availability and quality.

The eSIM or SIM does not have a default PIN code. You are solely responsible for controlling access to your SIM and agree to pay for the Service, whether or not you have authorized its use. We are not liable for fraudulent use of your SIM or eSIM. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact our Customer Service for necessary account modifications.

The eSIM or SIM is attributed to the first device owner, who remains liable for its use unless we receive proof of a change in device ownership.

The Service is intended for web browsing, email, application uploads and downloads, making and receiving calls, and accessing Internet content and third-party applications while avoiding excessive network congestion.

Prohibited Usage: You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, including actions that interfere with our ability to provide Service, abuse bonus or promotional programs, avoid payment obligations, compromise network security or capacity, excessively contribute to network congestion, adversely affect network service levels, legitimate data flows, degrade network performance, or harm the network or other customers.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continuous supply of content or information from third-party sites or resources accessed through the Service.

We are not responsible for any harm caused by viruses accessing your equipment, whether transmitted through the Service or otherwise. You are responsible for safeguarding your equipment with suitable anti-virus software.

We may, without liability to You, suspend or disconnect the Service and/or your SIM/eSIM, without notice:
If we are entitled to terminate this Agreement due to your failure to comply with this Agreement but elect to provide You with an opportunity to remedy such failure whenever reasonably practicable
If we are required to do so by the Government and/or emergency service organization or any other competent body or lawful authority

For repairs or maintenance, or for operational or security reasons
In circumstances where we observe fraudulent or unusual use of your SIM/eSIM or one or more service (e.g. abnormally high usage patterns)

If we have a good reason to suspect a breach by You of this Agreement

If service provider become aware that your SIM card has been stolen/lost/damaged or destroyed

If your SIM/eSIM or device is interfering with the normal operation of the network or if your account is in arrears

If You do not use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

If You have continually not used the Service since You acquired the SIM/eSIM and/or if You have not recharged your account after your credit has expired for an extended period of time

If You use the SIM/eSIM in a device other than the device in which it was delivered

If You did not use the eSIM/SIM card after six (6) months

In case You have purchased a connected vehicle, if You did not use the SIM/eSIM after the term of such vehicle warranty

These terms and conditions may change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By using our Service, you agree to abide by these terms and any future modifications.

Airport Transfer

All bookings are to be made at least 48 hours before the travel.

Luxury cars are available on request and subject to availability.

The driver will wait for the customer at the scheduled meeting point on the travel date.

In case the customer does not inform the driver about the delay, the booking will be considered as a case of no show and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

DreamFolks cannot be held accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jams or reasons beyond the reasonable control of the driver.

At the time of booking, the customer will be prompted about the luggage restriction for every car segment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to manage the luggage or booking the car category accordingly.

Standard Luggage size and weight are as follows:
Cabin Baggage: 7kgs and Check in Baggage: 20 kgs for economy class passengers, 30 Kgs for Business and first unless specified by the Airline.

***If the standard luggage size and weight exceed the specifications given above then an additional charge is applicable.

Transit Hotel

Rooms are booked subject to availability.

Guest Photo-ID & valid tickets / boarding pass will be required at the time of checking in for all guests.
Precise flight details are mandatory; failing to produce the same hotel reserves the right to withdraw / cancel the reservation.

On International side the connecting flight has to be within 24Hrs of arrival. After check-in you can’t leave the Security Hold Area (SHA). On domestic side, the stay cannot be longer than 24hrs, and the passengers cannot leave the hotel till departure of your flight from T3.

Usually, Children up to the age of 12 years can stay with two adults when sharing the same room without any extra charge without the need of extra bed. However, the customer shall check the policy of Transit Hotel, before Checking-in.

All cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the entire stay charges plus applicable taxes. If in case of any amendments required, please do contact at bookings@dreamfolks.in

In case of “No-Show”,100% of booking amount will be adjusted as cancellation charges.

AAI reserves the right to suspend all bookings in case of any threat to passenger security and safety, under such circumstances DreamFolks will not be held liable and will not be able to adjust the booking fee paid.

Spa Services

Wellness program entitles you to enjoy 30 minutes session for any one of the following:
Head/Neck/Shoulder service
Upper back service
Foot reflexology

SPA services are predefined and are subject to availability.

Once service is availed, it cannot be cancelled/reversed.

Access will only be extended to eligible guests with valid DreamFolks membership ID/Valid Voucher.
To opt for service outside the offer, one may avail the same on a chargeable basis directly with the SPA.
The operational hours of each SPA may differ and might change as per the discretion of authorities.
Access will be extended on first come first serve basis.
Guests should be fully aware of their responsibility in disclosing any medical or health conditions that may prevent them from using the facility.
Any sexual behavior, advances or comments made will result in immediate termination of service.
We strive to always ensure your comfort, however, cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender for the service. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols.

Lounge

The access to the lounge will be available on a first come first serve basis and due to covid some lounges may operate only on takeaway option with limited/no seating, this is to adhere to the covid 19 protocols.

Participating Lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays.

Before extending Lounges access, name of traveller on the card will be matched with the name on the Boarding pass/Ticket, to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder.

The provision of free alcoholic drinks (wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each Participating Lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. Eligible customer should make prior inquiries before ordering any separate alcoholic drinks apart from the general free flow offered and will be responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption direct to the participating lounge.

Lounge staff are responsible to check their Eligibility to extend the lounge access and will record the usage via a specified System.

Each lounge follows its food offerings and child policy, Eligible customer should make prior inquiries with the lounge before entry.

Lounge staff has the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to any Customer who is intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the lounge conditions and for any statutory, regulatory, or airport/railways policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire safety regulations.

Meet and Assist

The Meet and assist start with our airport representative welcoming the traveller and completes when all checkpoints are addressed within the scope of service level selected.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they locate and wait for the assigned airport representative at the specified meeting point.

The representative shall call the traveller and in case the representative is unable to track the traveller he shall give a written communication through SMS or E-mail to the traveller. Failure to do so could be treated as a “no show” and no refund will be made.

If there is any change in flight schedule, traveller must inform DreamFolks to reschedule the service, else it will be treated as a no show.

All the bookings are to be made at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service usage.

If a passenger is carrying more than 2 bags, details should be shared prior to service. Any additional charges for excess baggage to be borne by customer.

The applicable cancellation charges are as below for Domestic MNA:

72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 10% of the Booking Amount

Between 72 to 48 hours prior to scheduled meeting time - 25% of the Booking Amount

Between 48 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 50% of the Booking Amount

Less than 24 hours - 100% of the Booking Amount


The applicable cancellation charges are as below for Global MNA:

96 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 10% of the Booking Amount

Between 96 to 72 hours prior to scheduled meeting time - 25% of the Booking Amount

Between 72 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 50% of the Booking Amount

Less than 48 hours - 100% of the Booking Amount


AAI reserves the right to suspend meet and assist service in case of any threat to passenger security and safety. Under these circumstances DreamFolks will not be held liable for non-execution of service.

For any additional guest, extra charges will be applicable.

Any service feedback/grievance to be shared within 24 hours of completion.

Sleeping Pods and Nap Rooms

All bookings are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the travel.

Sleeping Pods/Nap rooms can be booked as per slot availably depending on airport location.

Guest Photo-ID & valid tickets / boarding pass will be required at the time of checking in for all guests.

Precise Flight Details are mandatory; failing which airport partner cannot guarantee the reservation.

Children up to 2 years can stay with one adult when sharing existing sleeping pod without any extra charge.
“No-shows” amounting to the original stay charge (including taxes) will be charged for any reservation not claimed 60 minutes after guest's flight arrival or 15 minutes after the arrival time as advised by guest while making the reservation.
